Blog Post of the Day:
What do you know about photography and/or photo editing? Do you take photos? How do you take photos? Do you edit photos before posting them on social media? How do you edit them? Explain any background or knowledge you have about photography and photo editing. Do you like it? Do you have any interest?

I know very little about anything that has to do with photos. I rarely take them and i never edit them. I would like to learn more about them, but I am not that interested in learning a lot about them and I don't think that knowing how to edit photos will help me in any way.

Tell me about your weekend. Share pics

This weekend I had two football games. I had one on Friday, it was at home and we played Garner- Edgerton. I didn’t get in until the fourth quarter and it was a huge blowout by then. The final score was 70 to 20, we won. The next game was Saturday morning and it was a JV game, I played the whole game and we won 20-6.

Blog Post of the Day:
Below is a letter written to the editor who wrote the article 'Enforcement of dress code creates negative effect' that your blogged about last week. Most of you wrote on your blog that you agreed with the writer. What are your thoughts after reading the letter below and seeing a different perspective. Are they the same? Are the different? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.

My thoughts are the same, after reading this article my ideas are improved and my belief that students shouldn't wear what ever they want is stronger. When I see that a teacher agrees with my opinions about the school dress code being closer to a work place dress code I understand that that is how it should be. In the workplace adults don't get to wear whatever they want so if students wish to be treated like adults then they should have to follow the rules.

I think that the perfect curriculum is the one that we have now. It covers all of the necessary topics and subjects so I don’t think anything could really be any better. All of the classwork and what we do in classes would pretty much be the same, other than the fact that there should be no homework and everything is done in school.

Blog Post of the Day:
Imagine Mr. Bacon has asked you to suggest one way of improving Blue Valley High School to make it a better place for students. Think about the changes that are needed at your school. Pick one change you feel would really make a difference and explain what it is and why you'd make the change.

If I could make one change to the school it would be to change the school parking lot. The parking lot is very small and insufficient compared to other schools parking lots. It also becomes clogged and as a result it causes a lot of wrecks. The size is also an issue as no sophomores can park in it and are forced to park in a neighborhood far away. Fixing the school parking should be the number one thing Mr. Bacon should change.

Tell me about your weekend! If you don't have anything fun to share, tell me about the city you live in. What do you love about Kansas City? Do you have a favorite place in the city? Favorite team? :) Favorite event? Explain.

My weekend was pretty average, surprisingly. So I guess I'll tell you my about the city. My favorite place to go is without a doubt the Mcdonalds on a 151 street. The whole city is basically my stomping ground. My favorite sports team is the Isotopes Rec Basketball Team, they are really good, you've probably heard of them.

The following article was in the September issue of The Tiger Print. Read the article (even if you already have) and respond to it below. What do you think? Do you agree? Disagree? Consider all perspectives of the article while you respond.

I disagree; I think that there should be some restrictions to what anyone can wear. It is not just limited to girls, I mean that everyone has certain things that they would like to wear but they aren’t appropriate. For example, in the workplace adults cannot wear whatever they want because it is simply unprofessional. If students want to be treated as adults then they need to learn how to act like them.
